What a good looking subdivision.

All I can think of is why so many homes the same color and knda the same style?

If it would have been me, I would have mixed it up a bit to have the homes stand out a little better.

But that's just my way of doing things.

One of my parents' friends grew up in Kathleen in the 1920's-40's. He has always joked that "one day Perry and Warner Robins would grow all the way to Kathleen". I hope that is happening.

To Clint above^^ regarding the similar house styles and colors...Given the community's name and location, its overall style gives a very "Southern" feel with stylistic throwbacks to old-town and small town living. I grew up in two different small towns in Georgia--both with historic areas where the oldest homes--from antebellum mansions to cute cottages--are often painted gleaming, crisp white. Kathleen, GA is indeed a small town community, so whether Moss Oak Plantation's buyers are transplants from other areas in the country, those with military ties in Warner Robins, or locals, the community's style is one that tends to still do well here in the South--even here in metro Atlanta where I live.
