It's Sunday morning again, and what a relief to be able to sit down at my desk in my office at home and be able to blog on the Big Mac!  It's been a little dodgy in these parts, with electrical power and Internet access that we could not take for granted.  And when I think about the people in Colorado, I realize that our problems with Mother Nature pale in comparison.  So, here goes with today's list:

Sandy Shores: Rent to Tenants with Blemished Credit?  As someone contemplating landlord-hood, this one was interesting.

Greg Nino: How To Properly Email Paperwork In Real Estate.  As basic as this sounds, a lot of us need to read it;.

Will Hamm: Don’t tell me you are sending me a contract and then nothing  Ah, one of my pet peeves!

Jeffrey DiMuria: Email Questions: Can You Change my Commission to Pay Me 4%?  I think Jeffrey handled this perfectly.

Gary Waters:  Selling Your Home - The Challenges of a Paranoid Seller  We've all had at least one of theses.

Janis Borgueta: Buying a Home in Newburgh NY ~ Mortgage Info ~ Stop Before You Shop!  Great reminder, Janis!

Pat, thanks for the mention. I did explain to my client that having the house professionally cleaned wasn't necessary. His take was it is what he would expect for a house of this size and price ($600,000) so that's what he did. His heart was in the right place even though his calendar was not.
