As always, Pat, you have put together a wonderful selection of good reads.
I'm with some the comments above, I have got some reading to do. I missed most of these Pat.
Pat- you'd think I'd have read at least have of the posts you selected but no I didn't! Thank you for highlighting these.
Pat, Thank you for bringing some of these posts to my attention. Several were quite interesting. And thank you for highlighting mine.
I'm laughing out loud.
Hello Patricia,
Another fabulous list - thank you for taking the time to bring these together!
Congratulations on your Feature Patricia. You really do a lot of work to highlight the best of the best for us each week. Thanks for your extra efforts.

Hi Patricia - So many great posts to catch up on this beautiful holiday weekend in Canada!
Pat - you are amazing! I don't know where you find the time to read all these posts. I had a hectic week and think I missed over 99% of these.
Great list again, Pat. I think Debb Janes was the only one that I read this week. I will have to check out the others later.
Pat, thanks for the mention. I did explain to my client that having the house professionally cleaned wasn't necessary. His take was it is what he would expect for a house of this size and price ($600,000) so that's what he did. His heart was in the right place even though his calendar was not.
Hi Pat, thanks for my reading list. You know how to get to the good stuff and it saves me time!
Thanks for the plug. I liked all the posts you picked out...my post the most of course...lol
I always like to check your list of favorites to see what I might have missed.
Have a great day and an outstanding weekend.
Hi Pat -
I really enjoyed Greg Nino's how to email paperwork blog.
I wish I could send it to everyone in the MLS, as a .jpeg file. LOL.
