The Anthem real estate market, as well as the valley as a whole, continues to remain strong. The total number of homes sold in the Parkside in June was similar to May’s total. Again, we can attribute that to the scarcity of homes on the market more than lack of demand. There are only 68 homes on the market in the Parkside at this time. The average sale price and average price per square foot of homes sold increased over May, and continues to increase year over year. Currently there are 124 homes under contract, in the Parkside.
