Location! Location! Location! PLUS it's affodable with low maintenance - sounds like a winner to me!

With the exception of the floors and the exterior style, from the inside, it looks exactly like a cabin I knew about in Maine. But at the cabin in Maine, you had to travel 10 miles or more to get to shops and stores.

I think this one should go fast!
