3 What if I am current on my house payments? Does that change anything? Can we still have a short sale?

3 Sometimes it depends on your banks policies. However thus far I have never experienced any issues with a person being current on their payments, actually I have a transaction scheduled to close within two weeks, where by I was able to negotiate an agreement within less than two weeks with by sellers bank to approve the purchase agreement, which I was able to secure with in 72 hours of putting the home on the market, and at the time my client was current on his payments.

Keep in mind there are no two transactions alike, there is always something different about every transaction and having closed over 1,000 homes, most of which I represented the seller and a few hundred where I represented the buyer there is always something new that will come up that was not apart of any of the past transactions.
