I enjoyed the photos so much. The birds are so beautiful. Their colors are so pretty. I never thought of these long-legged and long-necked birds as being so fascinating.

That's a nice collection of photos, Kristin. I was happy to get a shot of a Blue Heron at a local lake a few years ago. I must've chased that thing back and forth across the lake three times in my paddle boat to get the perfect shot.

Thanks for stopping by and I know exactly what you mean. I am always chasing birds, animals and bugs to get the perfect shot. Sometimes it works other times they fly off. I sometimes think I am too brave. I will do most anything for the perfect shot. I can just see you in your paddle boat trying to get the blue heron picture but they are so pretty.
