There are currently no townhomes in Artisan Square available for sale. There are two residences in escrow. According to our local multiple listing service there have been three sales in the January through July 2012 period. The sales ranged in price from $360,000 to $443,000 with an average sales price of $394,333(median $380,000). Two of the three closed sales in 2012 have been short sales. The average price per square foot is $280.21.
For the entire year 2011, there were three sales in Artisan Square ranging in closed price from $425,000 to $518,000 with an average sales price of $461,000(median $440,000) and an average price per square foot of $293.92. One sale in 2011 was a bank owned and the other two were standard sales.
