Last week I was having my hardwood floors refinished and was using a non-sanding technique which I know nothing about. Since I live half way across the country from her I couldn't use "The Flooring Girl".
I received a bid and had scheduled an appointment to go ahead. I decided to send "The Flooring Girl" an email to ask a quick question to make sure I was doing the right thing.
She gave me the facts and told me to get a second bid.....she felt I was being overcharged.
I followed her advice and received another bid for 1/3 less. The more expensive company told me why they were more expensive and I again asked Debbie's opinion.
Do you know what she did.....she called me pronto at 10:30 PM when she had just gotten home from work. I didn't reach my phone so she sent me a quick email saying for me to call her back in the morning.
Okay....so, do you see the customer service "The Flooring Girl" provides?
AND I AM NOT EVEN HER CLIENT!!! This is what she did for me:
Returned an email pronto.
Gave me the truth.
Saved me money.
Called me at 10:30 at night after getting home late from a busy work day.
So...if you live in the Westchester NY area why wouldn't you hire someone like that??
