These past two years I have been lying to myself and others about how "good" I have been doing with healing from the loss of my mother Carole Provenzale. Through this denial of accepting and letting go, I have made some poor choices in life that have stunted my growth as a light worker. This has ranged from choice of diet, thoughts, actions and those who I hand picked to surround myself with.
It takes courage to admit to one's self that they have stumbled off the path. Days before and during my trip to Sedona, I have had amazing eye opening experiences and insights. It first started with my mother channeling through my good friend's grandmother telling me to stop the lifestyle I was leading and no more wasting time. She gave me specific directions which I will share later.
While in Sedona I learned simple valuable lessons from 6 top spiritual leaders, they are a group of many in this lifetime. Others who took part in the retreat along with locals also offered great insight and encouragement. There is so much to share but the first step is to "talk the talk and walk the walk."
I am doing this by telling you the truth and more will come.
For those who have been hiding behind the curtains, please allow my story to give you courage to take the steps to stand in front. Admit the truths to yourself so you may start the real process of healing. The truth will set you free because you are aware. Awareness is the one of the main ingredients to allow healing. Forgive yourself, forgive others for the hurt each has caused (knowingly and unknowingly) and let go. This will allow you to open your heart for healing.

How do you know you are healing?
The cleansing will come in the form of tears, crying, purging of any negative emotions, feelings that no longer serve your being and purpose. Also, be aware of the signs given to you by others and mother nature.
This is a heart shaped Red Rock given to my by a gentleman known for playing the Native flute who everyday sits on top of the Male Vortex (photo above the heart image). he plays for the world and for those who come to see him play. He said," this is a blessing from mother earth to you. You have started to open you heart, so keep going. I played three songs, one for healing, one for courage and one for release." I told him," you have played all the songs for the healing of my heart, thank you." We never met before.
I share this love with all of you. A Native American Saying, "from my heart to yours."
When you really release you will cry, and that is great! I cried, I cried with passion and pain in my heart because that is what had to be released. I bottled up 2 years of denial and within 2 weeks so much began pouring out of me and it will continue, and that is fine. This does not mean I'm going to be walking around looking at the world with sad eyes, no. In fact it means I am de cluttering negative energy from within my body, mind and spirit to allow love into my heart, which allows a higher self to develop and grow.
Surround yourself with those who truly love you, they will speak the truth and know what to say in order to help you release.
Weather you are a real estate agent, home stagger, interior decorator, doctor, teacher, the list goes on. By starting the process of healing and letting go, your abilities as a person and spirit will only enhance how you connect with others in your profession, how you grow in all areas of you life, and how you connect with friends and family and "random" people on the street.
This is huge, so please stop wasting time and be the true you.
