The for the month of November 2012 was steady, with sales mirroring the October totals (4).  Currently the market is balanced (6 months of inventory), giving both buyers and sellers and opportunity to prosper.  

In November, the sales price to list price ratio was 98.79% (which bettered the 12-month average of 98.69%) and homes were on the market for only 24 days before selling (on average).  Overall, the real estate market in Byron Georgia was good but not spectacular in November.

Thanks Laura...this is one of my smaller markets but it is chock full of nice subdivisions for buyers to choose from.

Hello Anita, I'm assuming Byron is a smaller market with those sales volumes?  Or do people buy there and just not want to leave?    We have some smaller niche markets that are harder to sell because many people won't think to search the MLS for them over their bigger neighboring towns.
