What Do You Feel About An Agent's Communication and Service Skills?

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

sacramento real estate agentOne of the things that I read in my client reviews over and over about this Sacramento real estate agent is how much my clients value my communication and service skills. They are blown away that I respond quickly to their needs.

Little do they know that I provide that kind of service because if I didn't take care of them right then and there, I might forget and, if I forgot, I would have to shoot myself in the head because that would be inexcusable behavior.

I haven't forgotten anybody yet. And it's gonna stay that way.

Great article Elizabeth. Good communication and good customer service is very important in the real estate business. If you have poor communication with clients or have low service levels then you will not be as successful as you want. Wonderful advice. Have a great 2013

Good morning Elizabeth, I love this! People deserve it- you provide it.  Customers in our office said that they called 5 agents and I was the only one that called them back! I'm pretty sure they will become clients- and what's up with the car dealership? That's just pitiful.

Good communication is the key to success in real estate. And, it's so simple really. Just answer the email when you receive it. Return the call in your voice mail.

Morning Elizabeth I can't say I have never forgotten something a client has said but I can tell you I will beat myself up more than anyone will if I do forget.
