Springtime Calls for New Marketing Photos.
Springtime
Springtime weather has hit many parts of the country although in Clarksville TN it doesn’t feel like it yet. But I know when it does come it will happen quickly and all the trees, flowers and green grass will make everything look anew again.

A Smart Marketing Plan

means making plans to freshen up your MLS and marketing photos. Drab winter photos showing leafless trees and brown grass do nothing but scream to the public that this home has been around awhile. And heaven forbid you took the initial photos with snow on the ground and they haven't been replaced, that is like waving a surrender flag to the public that the home has market age on it and needs help selling it.

Start planning now

to get those fresh photos with trees and green grass. Ask sellers to plant some early spring flowers for a punch of color. Taking good MLS photos is an essential element in getting your homes sold. By mid to late April the timing will be right and my camera will be rolling. This means all my marketing pieces will have to be refreshed with new photos including videos and virtual tours.

A schedule is planned

to make sure no home is missed. I can’t do all of the homes at once and will start and complete over a two week period. When completed my photos will be some of the best out there. Some other parts of the country could be ready now while others will have to wait until after Mothers Day.

Springtime Calls for New Marketing Photos. With new photos come new buyers. Bring on the buyers, my properties will be ready.
