It was just a Hop, Skip & a Jump for My Grasshopper!

I love Dick Greenberg’s Sensei/Grasshopper Challenge and hope that he’ll make this an annual grasshopperchallenge.    Don’t worry if you missed this one, you can always go to his group  Sensei/Grasshopper and write a post asking for help!

Larry Costa of Century 21 in Carver MA wrote such a post asking for help with his Scribefire.  I’m not a tech genius or sub-genius but I thought at least I could get his Scribefire back.

Larry and I spoke over the phone to try to see how he could get back his Scribefire which he used to write with different fonts and colors when he wrote his ActiveRain posts.

Larry had done all of the right things and I’m still not sure how it popped up but Scribefire was there for him.  As all of us have, Larry wished that the AR Editor would let you change your fonts and colors.

larry costaNow I couldn’t tell Larry that ActiveRain was about to unveil the new ActiveRain Editor that would allow us to do just that but take a look at Larry’s post for the challenge!

Sensei/Grasshopper Challenge or not... you can always

ask someone here at ActiveRain.

Here are 2 groups to get you started:

Kathy, good for you and Larry!  And it doesn't hurt to know how to do something more than one way!

You're a great mentor BARFF, you've taught me so much.  I'm sure Larry was very appreciative of what you did for him.  I know I was for my sensei...........I'm just not sure how good of a grasshopper I was............because Toni is so kind.

I really wanted to participate this time around, but first I hurt my back and then I got this sinus infection and I basically have lost the month of March!  Hopefully next time.

I was so happy when I realized I could change the color and size of the fonts on my posts.  Technically I am way behind but baby steps moves me ever so slowly.

Silvia- I have used Scribefire to write my post and still use it every once in a while so I had to relearn what to do.

Alexandra- thank you.  I hope Dick has this challenge again next year.

Scott- enjoyed your feature!!

Michael- I use it sometimes in my "comments" section.

BARFF-  you don't give yourself enough credit.  You can do anything you want to do.

Doug- we'll be looking for your posts!

James- I've been so busy I haven't had a chance to learn new words from you.

Sharon- how's your sinus infection?  Did you end up on antibiotics?

Liz- just take little steps and you'll get there.
