Sometimes Shoes do Grow on Trees

More Strange Stuff You Find In The Woods.

We were on an inventory project in SW Bayfield County, working a late day and set up camp in the dark along a remote roadway.  When I awoke in the morning I was treated to see the largest shoe tree ever.

I have never seen shoes and boots growing on a tree, but if you look at enough forests, you will probably see everything that grows out in the woods.

See you see some strange things in the woods, but seems like a waste, these shoes could have been give to those in need, no matter what condition.

Make it a great week!

Where can I purchase a shoe tree like this?  Better yet, is there a tree that fruits in stylish dress shoes?  I need some new shoes for work.

I have seen many with TP but none with shoes and boots. I probably haven't missed out on this amazing sight :)

The only time I have heard of shoes in trees was to point out gang activity/location...interesting

I would also like a shoe tree -as long as I can choose which kinds of shoes grow in my tree.  I'd like a tree of good Berkenstocks.   And I agree with Peter - I want to find that money tree.  You'd think with all the forests you've been in, you would have found one by now.

That's too funny!  I wonder what the story is there.  Maybe birds will use them for homes, haha.
