Market Consistently And Relentlessly And You Can't Help But Win

We all work at different levels and with different methods.  It doesn’t matter what methods you use.  You will use what works for you in your marketplace.  What DOES matter is HOW you market.  We all understand that to market properly, we need to market consistently.

Marketing once a week is not going to satisfy anyone’s marketing program.  The other descriptive word that is required when describing how you market is relentlessly.  Marketing must be done consistently and relentlessly.

Take a moment to be honest and ask yourself if your marketing can be portrayed as relentless.  If one is persistent and unrelenting with his/her marketing, the phone must ring.  The results will be profitable.

People will find you; they will recognize you in public;  they will think of you when it’s time to call a real estate agent; and your marketing will be considered successful.  This is a fact for online and offline marketing.  Market relentlessly, and you can’t lose.

The bulk of my marketing lies within my blogging efforts. I blog every day, whether I feel like it or not. I think out of the last 365 days, I missed one day. Out of the last 8 years, maybe I missed two days. So, I guess I can honestly say my marketing is relentless and, on top of that, I'm ferocious about it.

Barbara, what works in Toledo may not work in Phoenix. What matters to an agent, is what works for them, and stick with it.

It is not how good you are but  how relentless and consistent you are in you marketing area. The main things is not to give up and stay the course. It is all the difference.

Prospecting is a daily event. Don't wear any logos but my own saying Re/max. Be surprised the number of questions I get at the grocery store.

Barbara, Agents fail at marketing because they give up and don't follow through. It takes a long time for real results to start coming in.

Barbara, Consistency and follow up are the keys.  You have to have both for it to work.

The biggest reason that realtors fail (even good realtors) - we get busy and forget to feed or are too busy to feed the pipeline - marketing consistently is so so important!

Barbara,

Timeless advice!  In my early years of real estate before I had my first listing, when doing an open house I was told to put out as many signs as possible as it' s free marketing and makes it seem like "you're everywhere!" Likewise, when you finally get a listing, market it like you had four as this also gives the impression that "you're everywhere."  Be consistent in such efforts and your phone will ring, which is the ultimate indicator that your marketing is working!

CHEERS!
