Selling Your Home “The Fair Market Value…

Congratulation, you are going to sell your home. But how do you know what is your home worth today? With the way, home prices have moved over the last few years, knowing the fair market price of your home can be something of a head-scratcher for sure. And BTW: If you go “onto the national real estate websites” to find out what your home is worth you might have a heart attack when you see what value those websites place on your home. But that is wide of the mark. Millions and millions of properties will be bought this year and your home can be one of them.

Selling Your Home “The Fair Market Value: It is said “typically” in real estate there are seemingly three prices for every home – the seller's desired price, the buyers desired price, and somewhere close to that, what the home sells for. Supposing there are no underlying issues “you will have no problem being able to “realistically” determine the fair market value of your home.

In what way: The best and the only way in my opinion “turn to your local Realtor, they will give you a competitive market analysis (CMA). Realtors have access to a huge database of the most current active & sold listings which they use so they can provide a precise picture of the fair market value of your home, and, the best news is “your local Realtor will do this for you free of charge with just the hopes of securing your listing. Good info about the syndicators John.  Amazing and scary how many people trust those numbers.  You are the guy to call for the most accurate CMA in the Long Beach area.  I hope you are having another great week.

I agree with you when Sellers are looking for the value of their home they need to contact the local real estate professional like John Kolsky for a comparative market analysis to get a true price and stay away from those websites giving them heart attacks.
