Villa St Tropez was built around 1967 and this complex consists of 43 units. They have their own community pool with each town home having their private garage entrance as well as a lovely patio.
This complex is also gated with a secured entrance to the common areas. The town homes range from 1500+ sq ft of living space to around 1900+ sq ft of living space.
Just like the other complexes of Villa Marina this one has virtually no listings for sale. There was one this year on the market for about two months and the seller took it off the market. Clearly it was an Income property for him, because the Private Remarks in the MLS stated that it was tenant occupied and 24 hrs notice was required. I suspect the seller decided not to inconvenience the high paying tenants until their lease expires.
This Townhome was listed at $775,000.00 and the Home Owner’s Association dues were $385 per month. This was a three bedroom three bath 1932 sq ft of living space, clearly one of the larger units!
