How funny! When I bought my very first home, it had me at the garage. I had two cars and a motorcycle and the garage was truly the most important feature for me. The agent pressed the remote, the door went up and there it was - the garage of my dreams. I bought the home immediately. And, I'm not even a guy!

I usually put a garage photo in my listings. I saw one listing this past week, I think it was in California or Florida, where they had a ceiling fan in the garage. That is the first time I've ever seen that. It is a good idea.

Margaret I agree, there were many instances where the Garage was the deal breaker. I had a client and she had a Brabus Maybach and if you know the dimensions none of the garages fit the car. She ended up buying a house and I had to get her an Architect and after about $150k later she had a garage that was able to house the car:)

Okay, affter Endre's comment I just had to look up what a Brabus Maybach is - it is a $430,000 base price car - YIKES! Now I see the reason for the $150k garage!

Endre, Being one of the most expensive...that car deserves to have its own custom garage. And your client could probably easily afford the additional expense.
