Prudential California Realty will be Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices!

I remember when Merrill Lynch was bought out by Prudential in the lat 1980's. It worked very well for Prudential because people thought they were buying all of the Prudential rock. I wonder how the new company will posture.

Endre, this is big news.  BH has a stellar reputation.  It will be interesting to see what sort of changes take place.

Congratulations Endre, I hope that this change will be fruitful for both the agents and your clients.  Warren Buffet is a great role model and I am sure that he would not have invested in your company if it had not been an exceptional company.

Congratulations on the change. To be sure your clients know the real deal when it comes to real estate. It is the AGENT that matters most. You will and do provide great service for your clients no matter the name.

I hope it works out great. Kind of a long name. But with the branding that will come, people will begin to associate it with real estate. Good thing that people know you as the go-to person in real estate.

Endre, congrats on this new direction your company is taking.  I know that people are usually hesitant about change especially of this magnitude, however, mention Warren Buffet and most fears should fade quickly.

Endre... I think this will give the company an extra edge. I know there is a lot of buzz up here in the Seattle area with the change. Best wishes to you on this new chapter. I know here the Prudential brand is a very good one, yet not tops, but everyone's talking about the change now!

Endre, congratulations on the new venture for all Prudential agents. Our Jacksonville Prudential is changing their name - they said January, but I read somewhere that it was October 1.
