Hi Michelle - Nashville homes are selling fast, and I suspect that the prices of homes will continue to rise for at least the next 2 years.

Nashville homes are in high demand right now, and a lot of investors are buying up all of the affordable inventory, in turn driving up prices. The reason is because the rental market is so strong, it's very easy to rent out homes for a positive cashflow.
