Lenn that is a huge jump in the Average Sales Price, and not much of a difference in the DOM. It would me nice to see that kind of increase in Average Sales Price everywhere.

Nancy. That's a 2.92% increase over the past 8 years. That's low. Our traditional appreciation year over year for decades has been about 3.5%.

Pat. Yep. Mark's been selling those super luxury homes for ages.

George. The DOM is good, but the increase in price is not as good as it would seem.
