Dissent! Be Contrary! Challenge the Status Quo! ActiveRain's Weltanschauung

Speak your mind on ActiveRain.  Don't be afraid of offending "the status quo".  You may have an opinion on whether Buyers should ride in your car; you may have an opinion on more controversial topics like NAR's "Agent Match".   You are encouraged to voice your point of view by  ActiveRain's Weltanschauung.

      Examples of Blog topics or comments that might be controversial:

•      Buyers should be in the same car as the Real Estate agent. 

•      Real Estate agents should carry guns for personal protection.

•      Open Houses are a waste of time.

•      Discount Brokers and Flat Fee MLS are great choices for Consumers.
  

•      Part-time Real Estate agents are not as good as Full-time agents.

•      Real Estate is local; you should not sell outside of your area.
  

•      My Real Estate License is for the entire State; I can sell houses anywhere. 
  

•      NAR is a wonderful organization that works for the good of its members.
  

•      The National Association of Realtors has become a self-serving racket.

•      Paying dues to join NAR makes you more ethical than other Agents.

•      You do not need a Home Inspection for New Construction.

•      A Seller should not ask people to remove their shoes before entering a house.

•      The CFPB and Dodd-Frank are good for America.

•      The CFPB and Dodd-Frank are just more bureaucratic regulation.
