OMG what a great week-end! Our sunny Texs weather is back! Valentines' Day was a special day with dinner with friends and my Geno. Saturday was busy showing, writing and offer and not winning the bid :(. However went on a listing appointment and we will be coming to market in 3 weeks! Was able to reach my favorite stager and photographer and they are scheduled.
Sunday morning was an early morning helping with Handsome Hudson, while his mom put up signs for his dad (my son) who was racing in the Austin Marathon! We partied with friends and walked down the street to cheer his dad as they ran by !! Hudson sure smiled and clapped when his dad ran by and blew him a kiss!! Great day!!......showed another house, wrote an offer and still in waiting to see if we got it!

Customer: Do I need a computer to use your software?
Tech Support: Ok, I can help you install the software. Would you like me to do that?
Customer: Yes.
Tech Support: All right, can you insert the disk in the disk drive please?
Customer: How?
Tech Support: Place the disk in the opening at the front of the computer
Customer: Will I have to have my computer delivered before we can do this?
Tech Support: Um, yes, that might be an idea.
