It is my professional opinion we are seeing units priced at esculated prices compared to what they are selling for . A few years ago the condo market was a tough sell and many investors saw a great opportunity to swoop in and buy condos at low prices.Now when it is time for buyers to come in and get financing it is not always easy as there is a large percentage of rental units in the developments. Some of these units are also not updated . They were built back in the late 70's and can use some modernization.

Don't get me wrong Delaire Landing is an amazing place to live . You get so much for your money It is a gated Community. It is located on the Delaware River with two pools that have a fantastic view of the river . No need to join a gym they have one. If you take the Septa Trains to work they have a shuttle bus that takes you to the train and picks you up . Tennis players can enjoy the beautiful courts also overlooking the river . There are card games and many social events if you care to participate .Delaire Landing even has their own library and video lending for free .

Delaire Landing Condos are located in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia Pa 19114 zip code.It is close to I 95 ,US 1,and the Pa turnpike .It also borders Bucks County Pa.
