I just read where Congress has some very rich people in their ranks. My concern is that they are involved in the affairs of America and not their wealth or personal welfare. They have a job to do and the less fortunate relies on them to do it. When I hear about people who sit on committees or boards and get paid millions, yes to the perks of America. However, two thirds of America cannot relate

When I discovered that Sam Walton drove an old pick-up truck when gallivanting around, I had a second thought along the lines of ..I wonder what this billionaire discovered that made him take on this belief or practice. I took note of it. I liked it and wanted to know more
HIS FATHER OWNS EVERYTHING
When Christ visited with us and after we learn that he is responsible for creation whether or not you believe this you still cannot help but think (if true) that he certainly didn't wear his wealth on his sleeve but within his heart where no moth, thief or rust could get to it. No wonder his father was please with him
YOU MADE IT AND NOW HOW ABOUT THE OTHER FELLOW
I like to read about people who are well off and then spend their time, which is priceless helping others make sense of their journey and aide them in their progress. What a worthy endeavor to take on i.e. to help your fellow man reach a point of well-being.
THIS HAS TO LAST ME A THOUSANDS YEARS...OH...OKAY
Each one of us has to ask and answer...How much is enough? Even if making money gives you a thrill, when will thrill-seeking get old and real meaning with depth kick in? If life wasn't so short, perhaps I wouldn't be writing this. If you lived to be 1000 years old, maybe all that wealth takes on a new meaning?
BEEN THERE AND DONE THAT
If one is able to not only rise above their circumstances but exceed the ordinary demands of food, shelter and clothing with comfort, pleasure and security being dished out in excess amounts, maybe digging in deeper to explore the potentials of something new is worth looking into
THANKS FOR THE HELP
I know the less fortunate would certainly appreciate that. Some very decent people, who have made effort and have taken full advantage of their resources still lack that little bit of luck that comes when it comes of which we all can use. After all, who got to where they are without the help of someone else
GO ALL OUT or...GET OUT
Congress...do your job. I want to see less of you and more of the good that can be done in regards to the rest of the population and their needs. Unemployment needs some full time and attention and the job of being Congressman is not only full time, but should be one of undying service to others. WHY?
YOU GOT...NOW GIVE BACK
Because the American people and the American way is paying top dollar to receive equal or over and above services for the money being paid-out. Perks, salary, health benefits, power and prestige should all be enjoyed but your job rating should be outstanding as you enjoy it all
