It has been a very stressful week for me and being able to sit down and relax allowed me to reflect to make sure I have not forgotten anything. The good news was getting a new referral from out of area and after a couple of conversations we set out to view some homes and within 2 days we found one and wrote up an offer that was accepted. This couple were so pleased with my assistance that even before we got the offer accepted I was told that my name had already been given to some friends of theirs that will be buying within the next few months.
Another client that had been looking for a while found a home that was perfect for them and also got it under contract within 2 days. Hopefully a closing in late October.
After trying to work out some contingencies for a clear to close, finally a home owner can get to the closing table and get into their first house. Issues that will present another blog on another day.
Sunday was to be a light day. A walk through for a client that is closing in Monday afternoon. The walk through went perfect and the client introduced me to his companion that was along to see the new house. Before we left the house, the friend starts to talk to me and explains that he needs an agent as he just came out of contract with another that was not to he pleasing and wants to buy a house in one of my primary towns.
It was a very good week, and the one coming up should be even better as it is end of month and there are closings set up for the week.
