Holly Hills is located next to popular Prune Hill in Camas. The now extinct volcano was named for its once extensive Prune orchards. Today, you’ll find few remaining Prune trees, but you will find many desirable neighborhoods filled with attractive homes. Lot sizes vary from an acre ( rare) to approximately .25 acres.
Holly Hills was the site of the Parade of Homes in 2002, when many of the houses in the neighborhood were built.
