     I feel as I am pretty lucky as I get an opportunity to work with some really great real estate agents that are all about customer service. Today, I had an opportunity to work with Franklin, TN agents Tammie and Tom White of Benchmark Realty. What really impressed me was how Tammie and Tom went above and beyond to bring their out of town client into the post inspection walk-through and to relieve the anxiety of purchasing a property from afar.
     Tammie took out her iPhone and contacted her client via face-time and just as if the client were there in person, she conducted the walk-through. Tammie never missed a beat and handled business as if her client was there on site. Isn't technology grand?
     As I said earlier, I am lucky to be able to work with some really great agents and the agents that frequent the ActiveRain platform are crème de la crème. Tammie and Tom are a great example of the professionals that not only frequent this platform but go above and beyond to service their clientele.
