Kitchen Remodeling....Details Details....

By
Real Estate Agent with EXP Realty 414-525-0563 57026-90 Broker

Making progress....the plumbing and electrical inspections complete...drywall hung....and loving the walk in pantry...can't wait to see how much more light we will have with the new window on the south side of the room.

We selecKitchen hardwareted the faucet and cabinet hardware. The "real color is more bronze tone than shown in this picture.

The design is called "birdcage" but we are not telling Dini who has been patient....and occasionally helpful to the contractors.  The finish is bronze with a glint of copper..FUN !

The Kitchen faucet is also of bronze tone and has the pull down/sprayer feature and soap dispenkitchen faucetser.

We liked the curved design ...a touch of grace to what used to be just a necessary piece of hardware.  The wetbar sink will also have a bronze tone faucet.

Monday will be very exciting...the cabinet maker will be coming to have us approve the color of the stain and the flooring people will come to measure for the new kitchen flooring and great room carpet that will extend into the hall and down the stairs to our exposed lower level.

We are enjoying the transformation...sans the dust and noise of course....but that was to be expected.

If you are looking for Realtors who know best how to deal with the expected....and unexpected...Call the Hansons our real estate practice is built on education and strengthened with experience.

It's fun when you are starting from scratch and can pick out everything.  Get what you want now, because you don't want the additional expense of changing later!

Love the bronze....getting a bit tired of brushed nickel everywhere.  Great faucet choice and pulls.

We think that the bronze/copper has more personality and is in keeping with our more traditional/classic taste....I hear you Roger D. Mucci...the brushed nickel was not ever a thought here.

I LOVE the oil rubbed bronze finish with that bit of copper. I picked knobs for a clients' kitchen with that finish and they look lovely!
