I want you to call my Realtor®
I love it when I hear my past clients say to family and friends, “I want you to call my Realtor®.” It’s like music to my ears. Last week-end one of my past clients told a friend of theirs who is moving from CA to call me for assistance. After reaching out to them I learned they need to purchase a condo in the University area for their son who is going to UT. Their goal is to identify one in the next few weeks and close by the end of the year. They will also be buying a home in NW Austin near their friends (my clients) who live in Canyon Creek.
I have an excellent colleague who specializes in condos downtown and owns several himself that I’m referring to work with them so they get the best possible service. I will help them find a home in NW Austin next spring as they have a daughter who will be entering HS and they will move after she finishes school. They are excited and have already made contact with my colleague making plans to what is availabe!
I believe in making sure my client’s faith and trust in me always comes first and foremost. I want them to know when they tell their friends, family and acquaintances to call me they will be well taken care of and provided the very best in representation.
Selling or buying an Austin residence is a complex process and you want to work with a REALTOR® that understands the process and can connect you with other professionals that realize the importance of contract contingencies, customer service and are laser focused on closing on time every time. If you are thinking of buying or selling real estate in Austin I’d welcome the opportunity to discuss how I can help.
Twenty three years of successful representation for both buyers and sellers allows me to offer excellent service. My dedication and determination will be an asset in reaching your goals. I have systems in place, references and am a good listener/communicator. I would be honored to schedule time to see if we are a good match. Reach out to me at 512-346-1799 or dillard@reloaustin.com.
