We Just Sold Our First House Thanks To Active Rain...
In April I got a call from our secretary telling me that she received a call from a man called John saying... "I Want Beth Witt To List My House"
She told him that I didn't work in the field but she would be happy to refer him to one of our agents and he was very upset and informed her that he only wanted me because he saw me all over the internet in this Rain thing... To find out what happened you will have to read the "I Want Beth Witt To List My House"
It was July 17th before we actually put the house on the market and if you want to know why it took so long to do so feel free to check out the links to this awesome adventure.... (Bottom line was that John thought I was sexier than all the other agents he interviewed)... at least that's what he told me...
Do you still want "Beth Witt" to list your home
Why John No Longer Wants "Beth Witt To List His Home
John Wants "Beth Witt" To List His Home - Part 4 In The Series
We listed the house for $409,000.00 and in 58 days put it into contract for $405,000.00. Sounds like John made a smart move when he told my secretary that he wanted "Beth Witt" to list his home. John handed the keys to the new owners of his much loved home on 11/20/14.
It was a pleasure working with John and we wish him many happy years in his new Florida home. John's parents bought the home on Eastlake Ave., when John was a little boy and for most of his life it was his home. The decision to move to Florida had a lot to do with the cost of living in New York and the warmer climate in Florida. It was a difficult decision for John to make because it was more of an I have to decision than an I want to decision
John's home was located in Massapequa Park
When you're ready to sell your home give "Beth Witt" a call and let her and RE/MAX Wittney Estates make you as Happy as they made John.
