Je Suis Charlie (Charlie Hebdo) is selling the edition that came out today and it is selling out fast! If you are in New York City, London or D.C., you can perhaps be lucky enough to get a copy. If not, copies are already advertised on E-Bay for hundreds of dollars a copy!
If anything, this nonsensical attack on the Paris offices of Charlie Hebdo has brought the news magazine to the attention of the entire planet and people are supporting them. Three million copies were supposed to be printed of this liberal magazine, the normal run is only about sixty thousand copies, so that says something about how the people around the globe are reacting to this violence. Freedom of the press, mankind has fought for this for centuries!
My prayers go out to those who lost their lives, to their families, to the planet as a whole. The madness, the senseless killing needs to stop. When will mankind learn to live in peace?
