Someone should do this right now. We all know about 911. In my city, we have 311 if you want to know anything about the city etc. Why not have a national dial REAL-1 1 for all Real Estate needs? Doesn't matter what they are either. Call now to get started in buying,selling or investing.

OPERATORS STANDING BY

First off, you get a LIVE person who answers the phone every time you call. No exceptions either. This site is set-up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and Holidays included with the exception of Christmas. If needing the assistance of a buyers agent, you will be asked a series of questions to expedite your request...

BUYERS...STAY  ON THE LINE

These questions are set-up so that you can answer them using your dial pad on your phone.

1. Do you have an agent currently...push one now for yes push twice for no.

2. Do you have any money saved? Push 2 # key for yes. Push ?! for NO

3. What range is your credit scoring? Push 5...6...7 or 8 now. Push 000 if you don't know

SELLERS...GET READY TO SIGN

If a sellers agent is required, same procedure only you are transferred to the appropriate department.

1. Is this a foreclosure or short sale? push *** now for yes...push ^^^ for no

2. Do you have equity? What range? push 1 for every $10k. Push $$$ if you  own out right.

3. What do you think your home is worth. At the tone, calmly state the price..Beep...

4. Do you need to move fast? Push !!!! for yes...push xxx for NO and push ??? for I don't know

IN GENERAL

You will be asked qualifying questions that are in line with the service you are requesting. Contact information will be taken and you will be serviced within a few quick moments while they locate your area expert...

Now, the caller is free to go about their business while waiting for the call. Everyone who is part of this program has been vetted with a certain type of criteria and verified by a National or well known agency. NAR comes to mind along with the state versions but lets not rule out the other potential players

INSTANT SERVICE

A company like Zillow can easily create this and literally take over the market one area at a time until it becomes the starting point for all Real Estate transacting. The consumer will eat this up because they want to be serviced and not have to do the wait to get the services.

TIER ONE AGENTS...TIER TWO AGENTS....ETC

Now all-agents get a chance to be referred out but the qualifying factors are set in place. First, you must be a licensed Real Estate agent in good standing. Second, tiers according to specialty, experience and skills are assigned to your referral name. Third, you must keep your data updated monthly.

THE TIERS HAVE IT

Keep in mind that if an agent fails to respond, mistreat a caller or don't perform, the consumer can report it and the system can have a rule that three or more of these calls affect your tier rating or standing. It would be interesting to see the criteria established to be considered TOP TIER AGENT

Meanwhile, the consumer is satisfied and getting their needs met. After a while, the mindset of any potential client, principal or purchaser of Real Estate centered products or services will talk of nothing but calling REAL-11 and no more is said after that.
