I have been in Real Estate since 1978. It has never BUGGED me but has caused me to visit with a lot of bugs.This business is full of insects, creepy crawlies and those that prey on insects or repel them depending on what is at stake and of course the location. See if you have any of these buzzies around
TAKE FOR INSTANCE............
Sellers Bug:.....This bug looks and sounds bigger than it is, and often is mistaken for being more bug than it is worth it is a rather large bug, brightly colored with a hard shell that can only be cracked from the inside. This bug likes to tread wherever it wants feasting on what comes up.
Buyers bug:...this one moves fast and cannot be caught unless it wants to be. Has legs like a centipede and eats well when it finds what it likes. Once comfortable, it settles down for periods of time. Loves to nest at fresh first time purchases, new construction and condos
RE-Agent bug......likes to get into everything and explore always looking for an opportunity to feast anywhere it finds food. Doesn't mind working or helping other bugs to help itself. It can cooperate or go it alone. Goes by the local name of the "choose me" bug
Escrow bug......only moves when there is a purpose. Until then, it hibernates paused to sense any movement and then it feeds. It loves to finish what it started eating before moving on. Found in droves where there is heavy funding or recording activities
APPRAISAL BUG...A very controversial large bug that feeds off of data whether it is correct or not and likes to gnaw on Real Estate transactions. It loves fresh escrows and price/value contingencies and cannot be swatted first time out or prevented from entering into transactions for final feeding
Investor bug...many legged, fast and moves with a purpose. Hard to catch and hold. Always escaping if threatened and has a poison stinger to use if provoked. Eats very little when up and about, but likes to feast when at rest on its prey. Gathers food for long term survival, but is capable of catching, eating, and digesting fast foods to survive short term so that it can reproduce itself quicker. Flips around in its sleep
BPO BUG... (pronouced bippo) Fascinating little creature that feeds off of banks and distressed properties but thrives on any Real Estate for dining. Is often the last bug standing in an extermination whether it is deserving or not. Constantly fighting with other BPO bugs as they scrounge for the same foods. Nesting sites includes banks and investment houses
The RE-Shopper bug....likes to make squeaking noises and visit with other bugs leaving behind a trail as to where it has been. It has no known agenda, but acts like it does. Very hard to catch, easy to observe however. Can look like it has a purpose and make important sounds that are not. Close cousin of the LOO-KY LOO multi-eyed fleeting nothing better to do bug that is always taking off or landing
Foreclosure bugs......Looking like locusts and traveling in hordes and swarms...these prey on all other bugs having mandibles, legs and one mission in life which is to feed and reproduce at all costs. Have been known to devour whole neighborhoods .....legends say....they eat people and all.
Bank bugs......cannot be identified by looking at either end of the bug because both ends look alike. If stepped on, the surviving part has the ability to reproduce and turn into a new bug. These bugs can attach themselves to a human being, and never let go until the person is sick or dying. Then, they feast on the remains while looking for new nesting sites. Breed all year long and found in dark places. Appear cute, but have large hidden teeth. Dominant species is the BOABUG & CITIBUG
HUASKU BUG (pronounced WHO ASKED YOU)...This bug invites itself everywhere and usually attaches itself to non-licensed opinionated people, parents protecting their children or friends first time purchase and has an interesting camouflage. It comes across as knowing everything but knows nothing making it survive. Feeds on knowledgeable agents
Government bugs.....these bugs are always found to be on top of everything, feeding and directing other bugs while they sit around and bring nothing to the party except their appetite. They are very good at explaining how they DO have value through chirping noises that no one knows what they mean. These buggress, SEN-ANTS AND Rep-sects species thrive along with the dominant lobbi-bugs
Real Estate bugs.....these little creatures have been around for quite some time. Very active and productive. Cute when held, do not bite and some live extraordinary long lives. Attracted to all cultures of people and will try to add value if not interfered with. Very easy to live with and have much value
