1st Quarter Check-up ~ How is Business Going?
So many tips on how to become a better realtor. Sometimes we are so busy doing business that we forget to keep up with getting better. Sometimes we forget to check if we are doing the right steps. Here are some great tips and reminders of what you should be doing.
It is already April and my how time flies! As we complete the first quarter of the year, it is always nice to take a quick step back to review and evaluate our first 3 months, our next 3 months and on to the end of the year. Assessing where we are currently and where we are headed is critical for our growth as business owners.
Here are a few Quarter Check-Up Questions that I use:
- In this quarter, what was my biggest success?
- What was my best learning moment and what did I take away from it?
- What were some areas that I did not accomplish that I can carry over to the next quarter?
- Why were some goals not accomplished?
- What do I need to do in order to accomplish those goals?
- What have I done to "grow" myself personally?
- Where do I want to be business-wise by the end of the year?
- Are there some areas of my life that I need to let go of? Time wasters?
- If I remove some of the "time wasters", what will I replace them with?
These are just a few of the questions that I like to evaluate myself with. Feel free to share some of your evaluation questions! The only way any of us can continue to grow is by insuring that we are fed, pruning the weeds and getting lots of warm sunshine!
Wishing you all a healthy and happy next quarter and remainder of the year!
