- The Median Sales Price for Townhouses/Condos is up 4.1% to $126,000 compared to a year ago, which was $121,000.
- Median Days on the Market are down -20.8%, which is 38 days compared to March 2014, which was 48 days.
- Months Supply of Inventory is down -4.2%, which is 4.8 months compared to March 2014, which was 5.0 months.
- Traditional Sales are up 51.8%, with a median sales price of $133,000.
- Foreclosure/REO Sales are down -24.4%, with a median sales price of $75,500.
- Short Sale Closings stayed the same at 0.0%, with a median sale price of $112,250.
