I am proud to report the only sale reported is still my sale that I listed and sold in one day for $164,000 a 2BR 2.5 bath an A unit lower level w/laundry + garage . It did have a new kitchen and new bathroom vanities ceramic tile in kitchen and baths . There have not been any other sales reported in the Rivers Bend section of the Trend MLS in the last two months
Buyers call me and want to live in a condo. Halfway through the conversation I find out they have a dog . They are looking in a gated community where dogs are not allowed Immediately I then recommend Rivers Bend Condo Community . Sometimes they are interested and end up purchasing these beautiful spacious condos
Buyers sometimes want a pool and gate but also want to keep their dog . I find some of them end up not moving and stay put
Buyers who do not mind not living in a community that is not gated love living in Rivers Bend Condo Community as it has a perfect location . They also have a driveway and a garage . Most important you can have your beloved family member your dog . These dogs are walked proudly . You best carry your bag and clean after them . In a community that allows dogs do not do anything that may change that. So please clean up after you dog
Rivers Bend Condos are beautifully maintained . The landscapers trim the bushes and mow the lawns . Everything looks perfectly manicured.
The location is a short walk to Septa trains ,buses and Amtrak trains a commuter's delight It is minutes away from I95 ,US1 and the PA turnpike It is also a short walk to the WAWA for convenience foods or the Three Monkey's Cafe for a Brew or a delightful meal

It is my professional opinion Rivers Bend Condos are now priced to sell . There is room to negotiate and the prices are realistic. Interest rates are still low . It is a great time to buy and a good time to sell . It looks to be a win win situation as far as the market is concerned Where will the interest rates be this time next year . Who can predict ? Certainly not me . I would not even try to guess .
