Cloud Storage Offered

Do you use CLOUD STORAGE? Can you access your documents from anywhere you are at any time? Need to check your paperwork  when away from the office?

Especially contracts - right? We have the pages going here and there and back again! Changes to make and details to add.

In Atlanta, FMLS has melded their data so you may use CLOUD STORAGE immediately from the eSign program.

Here are the new features:

"1.  Cloud integrations with Box, OneDrive and Dropbox on step 3 so that you can seamlessly add documents from your cloud storage account into your signing session. Once the session is completed, the signed documents will be automatically uploaded back into your cloud storage account. The Android Browser and Chrome
on IOS are not supported.

2.  eSign Sessions that are left untouched in the “Building” status for more than 30 days will auto delete.

3.  In Step 4, eSignMarkups will have rotate handles for more accurate placement on scanned documents.

4. Uploaded document names will have a character limit of 100 characters per file.

5. Branding updates will now show custom logos in email services like Gmail and Yahoo."

Whether you use OneDrive, Dropbox or Box, your eSign documents will be eligible for INSTANT storage in the Cloud.

Check it out and see how it works. The convenience is amazing. The flexibility is so beneficial.

Have a happy day -
Lynn

Isn't technology wonderful?  What did we do before we had all these amazing tools?  I remember how awed I was when I first heard about a fax machine.
