•New Pending Sales are up 11.1% and New Listings are down -5.4%.
•The Median Sales Price for Townhouses and Condos is up 22.9% to $145,000 compared to a year ago, which was $118,000.
•Median Days on the Market are down -18.4% to 40 days compared to May 2014, which was 49 days.
•Months Supply of Inventory is down -24.9%, which is 4.1 months compared to May 2014, which was 5.4 months.
•Traditional Sales are up 14.1%, with a median sales price of $147,250.
•Foreclosure/REO Sales are down -35.4%, with a median sales price of $98,500.
