New listings of 21 in June were down substantially from 34 in May and down somewhat from 30 in June of 2014. Months of supply of 11.9 in June was down a little from 12 in May but up just slightly from 11.6 in June of 2014.

Days on market of 50 in June was way down from 83 in May and down considerably from 110 in June of 2014.
