Inventory of 114 in July was up 3.6% from 110 in June and up 6.5% from 107 in July of 2014. New listings of 35 in July were down modestly from 41 in June but up a little from 30 in July of 2014. Months of supply of 6.5 in July was up slightly from 6.1 in June and up modestly from 5.6 in July of 2014.

Days on market of 60 in July was down a little from 69 in June and way down from 96 in July of 2014. This is the lowest days on market has been since October, 2014.
