September is the month of no excuses for Realtors. It is not too hot, and not too cold anywhere. People can't give you the excuse of: after the holidays, yet. It is too early to say: "after the first of the year." Too far away from: "after I get my tax return." "after school is out" or "after school starts."

 

Would you agree this week is the ideal time to make 15 to 30 hours of prospecting work for you in finding leads? Better still actually setting appointments!

 

So put everything else on hold, other than handling closings, and other admin work, but do all of that kind of work prior to 9:00a.m. and after 5:00p.m. Because now is the time to be talking to 50 or more people every day.
