When out looking at land for hunting you need to do a little research.

One you need to know does your quarry live in that area.

Is it in abundance.

Is the age structure what you are looking for along with quality.

What you need to do is stop at gas stations, small bait and sport shops.

Talk to the people there.

Talk to the people outside.

Go see the mail carrier.

|Talk to people down the road from the land.

An hour of talking can help you decide if the area is right for you!

Bob Crane Not being a hunter, my interest in woodlands comes from a different place, but I guess that the woodland creatures are a part of it.

BTW I killed a deer once, but it was with a car.

This is a good selection for a re-blog for the hunters who are reading this blog. I hope they will not be using spot lights for night hunting.

Good morning Bob. Good choice for a re-blog. Selling hunting land is very specialized, but for someone like William Feela that understands the ins and outs, a prospective buyer is fortunate to be working with him.
