Some communities we just keep coming back to! Wedgwood of Hamilton Township (just north of Maineville and south of Morrow off of US 22/3) is one of those communities. A large planned subdivision originally started in 1995 by Wesreal, Fischer Homes assumed responsibility in 2000 and finished the community recently.

This week one of our buyers completed the purchase of a 3 bedroom home on Andover Drive in the back section of Wedgwood. The home was well maintained and a good fit for his needs, and the purchase price was a solid value! As always, it was a pleasure to help our client find the right match, and in this case, repeat business as we'd helped him sell his prior home in 2015.
