What a great week-end... Yesterday it was 83 degrees in Austin..I had a fantastic open house... Spring is in the air!! We received an offer and its now under contract. Another two of my new listings went under contract with one coming to terms on repairs. Geno and I enjoyed dinner with some friends Saturday night and I will be going on another listing appointment this morning. Where did the week-end go?? Tech Support: “Sir, I’m afraid we don’t have Russian keyboards.”
Customer: “No, that’s fine. I’ll just tape Russian letters on.”
Tech Support: “Sir, it will still be an English keyboard.”
Customer: “Okay, so what if I glue the letters on?”
Tech Support: *thunk thunk thunk* “Still English.”
