Change is good. Trying something new and different for a change is also very good. Routine doesn't look good on humans although they can and will do it. Someone has to do routines or a chance for chaos could enter in. Think: steady as she goes. People like comfort, rest and consistency more than not. Some change is really not change but instead, another way to proceed
CHANGING POINT of VIEW
Everyone has one. More accurately stated, everyone has many. Test this for yourself. Ask people the same questions and the answers vary. Pick any subject too. To get us all to agree and keep to that which we do agree requires that we change to do so. This is no small feat either
THE CHANGE TO BECOME AS ONE?
Take marriage for instance. The coming together of two and going through life taking on come what may is in theory profitable and exciting. In application, where the details surface, we find out that it is easier said then done. Why? Because it involves a major changes or constant shifts for it to work properly. Doubling your pleasures is possible but more change is required to do so
FOCUSED ENERGY
The two must change to work as one. If divided, at odds or in competition, then the aiming, focus and application of the two energies are not working at optimum harmony. Working yes but not efficiently or effectively. Therein literally lies the work. Each one must give-in & line-up while changing or exploring the common grounds. It takes work to have a good marriage, friendship or even to be a good neighbor
TEAMWORK
This concept of change also shows itself even more when large groups of people congregate. Groups can accomplish quite a bit but only if they come under an agreed to change & support the common premise of coming together for that purpose. America began with a large group wanting change. They got it!
JOINING UP
I have seen this up close in the many careers I have had. When joining an existing operation, you, the new hire, must change to the way the operation you are joining does business. That is why the interview takes place. It is to see if you fit in to their operations not yours. They want you to change
REAL ESTATE CHANGES
In Real Estate, a buyer, seller, agent and the marketplace must all come together for a brief time, make many a difference, directing changes with a specific defined purpose. There is a major point to this coming together and it must work for every ones sake. High stakes and outcomes demand it
UH-OH
There is also change for the worse. This is not an easy change to make nor accept but out of necessity, compliance, surrender or compromise, one reluctantly does so for some type of gain or loss. Here, unfortunately, humans excel in bad habits, giving up, creating compound problems and overall dysfunction.
HERE I COME
Sometimes change comes in small steps or with advance notice which makes it easier for masses and people who move slower or need more time to come around and transition. Changes that come on their own and without notice can bring both challenges and growth as humans eventually adapt.
SPIRITUAL CHANGE
Repentance in the Greek means to change. When someone goes against their self, the conscience signals and if not stopped or corrected, that persons whole psyche is put on hold which creates conflict within. If not corrected, one devolves or travels against the intended way. Repent and come back. You must!
SUBTLE CHANGES
Have you noticed that when you were in your youth, everything you saw, felt and believed in was your whole world and why not? Fast forward into maturity & aging and the old world is and has been replaced. An update has taken place on a life level. You have changed and where you are now is proof
CHANGE
Change for the better? Change for the worse? Little changes? Big changes? Take heart by acknowledging that everything in the Universe from what can be seen and what cannot is and will always be in a state of change except for one thing that will never change. The Author of Change. He does not change
