R U Lacking in The Desire To Win?

By
Real Estate Agent with HomeSmart

That title came to mind last week when I invited a Realtor in the California real estate market to check out my coach, Jonathan Zabrocki.

After asking and learning he has been in real estate five years, has sold about 25 homes seeing his price range and realizing that the annual income is in the area of $30,000 or less, and recognizing him for almost two years with his level of enthusiasm, I was thinking he should be earning at least $150,000 a year.

Then he responded a couple of days later, by email or text or face book, you know how people are nowadays, difficult to TALK to each other, anyway he responded that he had checked out Jonathan Zabrocki and he was satisfied where he is.

It caused me to realize some people are content where they are. Unfortunately doubling, tripling or quadrupling their income and doing LESS WORK is not for too many people.

Somewhat like the idea some politicians had about FREE COLLEGE education for everyone! WOW! Well my question is who is going to pay for it?

We do not live in fairytale land, we live in a world where people experience winning and losing every day, problems and successes every hour of every day.

Just seems funny to me, that some people cannot see the advantages of how a slight change, a little different mindset, and yahoo you are working and living on a completely different level, and with no more time invested, actually working smarter instead of harder, and as long as you can stay focused, you have a new beginning, whether you are 24, 47, 59, or 70 years of age.

Now isn't that just totally remarkable?
