Our website shows all the Cincinnati MLS homes for sale in our market. You can search generally, or VERY specifically with the custom pages we've set up. Fact is we've done quite a few posts that are specific to subdivisions in our market.
And those subdivision posts get found, but those posts can also lead to some confusion.
Because we fill those posts with quite a bit of specific information about the community, along with the display of listed homes, people might think we're the OFFICIAL real estate agents for the subdivision!
That leads to calls asking for the property managers, if there are any units for rent and lots more! We help where we can, but we're NOT the people in charge of property management or any thing like that.
Who are we? We're real estate agents providing information to help area buyers understand the local market, provide key information about area housing choices and much more.
And something else for area home buyers and sellers to understand that there's no OFFICIAL real estate agent for any community! While there might be agents that do a lot of business in one community or another, they're not the OFFICIAL real estate agent because there's truly no such designation.
The closest thing you'll find to an OFFICIAL real estate agent for a community is when it's new construction. The builder hires a rep to handle all the buyer inquiries, whether that buyer is working with an agent or going solo.
So while we're not the OFFICIAL real estate agent for any community, we're officially here to help you buy your next home!
