Below is my weekly marketing ad that shows a couple of 'Too Lates" a couple of new listings and a few more unique special properties that I represent.
In the middle of December... real estate is going strong.
How are you letting them know?
Good work, Margaret! Agents need to always let the public know they are still in the business. I am amazed at how many rely on the brokerage to bring them business, when they are all Independent Contractors. I ask the agents in my brokerage, what are you doing to build your business? The brokerage can only do so much.
