It comes down to a few simple but powerful practices:
Start by giving - make it easy for anyone to get information. This means that my web site allows any visitor to search all listings - without having to give personal information.
Buyers can see what's available in the areas they are interested in. But savvy sellers also use this to see what's going on in their neighborhood.
It is easy to get in touch with me by email, text or phone.
My listings have all the features of the property, but a personal conversation can find out what matters to each buyer, answer questions and book appointments.
Have patience-When selling unique properties, it is like finding a needle in the haystack. The buyer has to be as unique as the home. Here is how I get the information out to the public.
